Library subscriptions provide network-wide online access to the current year/volume, and include all available back numbers; that access is perpetual, i.e. remains after cancellation.

Access control of Library subscriptions is by IP address. Such addresses can be supplied either by email to registration@symposium-journals.co.uk or by completing the form at www.symposium-journals.co.uk/access.asp
COUNTER-compliant usage statistics are available at www.symposium-journals.co.uk/counter
Personal subscriptions provide current year/volume access (and include all available back numbers) to one single individual. To enter a Personal Subscription please go to the Home page of the relevant journal listed below, then click the button ‘Subscribe here’ in that page’s left-hand column to find an Order Form. Access to the full texts of articles by Personal subscribers is controlled by username and password.

All journal articles become free-access 18 months after first publication. Articles less than 18 months old are only available to those who have paid-up Library or Personal subscriptions. Please see additional notes at the foot of this page.

Where either a Library or Personal subscriber, ordering an online-only journal, is based in the United Kingdom, sales tax/value added tax (VAT) at the UK rate (17.5%) is included within the rates shown above under 'United Kingdom'. Subscribers within the European Union but outside the UK will be charged VAT in addition to the 'World/Europe' rates unless they provide their VAT registration number. 4. FORUM is a conventional print+online journal whose online edition is free to subscribers to the printed edition. All other journals are online-only, i.e. have no printed edition. Oxford Studies in Comparative Education is distributed by Symposium Journals on behalf of Symposium Books, and is primarily a printed book series, not available online.
